This beautifully crafted electric mill grinds cereal grains the old fashioned way-with mill stones. It is powerul, durable and infinitely adjustable for grinding fineness. The cabinetry of this beautiful mill is solid beech wood with a natural linseed oil finish and the grinding chamber is stainless steel which minimized the flour residue in the chamber for cleaner operation. The mill stones are natural corundum in durable ceramic for uniform grinding and long life. All cereals including corn (but not popcorn) can be ground utiliziing the full range of coarse to fine adjustment. Oily seeds can also be ground at the medium to coarse setting and they may be milled at the finer settings when mixed with an equal part of dry grain.
